As the petitioner filed a criminal appeal before the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Warangal against the order of confiscation, dated 28.08.2018, passed by respondent No.2Distrcit Collector, Warangal Urban along with an application seeking stay of the said order, this Court is not inclined to entertain this writ petition.

Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of giving liberty to the petitioner to pursue the matter before the Principal District & Sessions Judge, Warangal.
