THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI CONTEMPT CASE No.88 OF 2019 ORDER:

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that in pursuance of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.18795 of 2002 dated 30.08.2018, the respondents have considered the case of the petitioner and rejected vide order dated 23.03.2019. Since in compliance of the orders passed by this Court in W.P.No.18795 of 2002 dated 30.08.2018, the respondents have considered and rejected the case of the petitioner vide order dated 23.03.2019, the Contempt Case is closed. However, it is open for the petitioner to challenge the said rejection order dated 23.03.2019 in accordance with law.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
