THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY W.P.No. 21979 OF 2004 ORDER:

Sri K.Vinaya Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, after arguing for awhile, requested this Court to grant liberty to prefer a revision under Section 6 of the Andhra Pradesh Scheduled Areas Land Transfer Regulation, 1959 (for short, '1959 Regulation'), instead of filing the present Writ Petition challenging the order dated 16-10-2004 passed by the Additional Agent to Government and Project Officer, I.T.D.A., Bhadrachalam, in I.A.No. 2 of 2003.

In view of the specific request made by leaned counsel for the petitioner, liberty is given to the petitioner to file revision, subject to fulfillment of the requirements under 1959 Regulation, if permissible. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, in this Writ Petition shall stand dismissed in consequence. No order as to costs.
