THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE T.SUNIL CHOWDARY WRIT PETITON NO.31837 OF 2016 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking to issue writ of mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent in not taking any action on the representation of the petitioners, dated 15-08-2016 as illegal and arbitrary.

Learned counsel for the petitioners seeks permission of this Court to permit the petitioners to withdraw the writ petition. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition shall stand closed.
