HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B. SIVA SANKARA RAO I.A.Nos.2 & 3 of 2019 IN/AND Crl.P.No.218 of 2019 ORDER:

The petitioner/accused No.1 and the 2nd respondent-defacto complainant are present along with their respective counsels. I.A.Nos.2 & 3 of 2018 are filed by them to compound the offences against the accused in S.C.No.655 of 2018 on the file of Senior Civil Judge-cum-Assistant Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Medchal, which is outcome of crime No.402 of 2016 of Medchal Police Station, Cyberabad, registered for the offence punishable under Section 306 IPC by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably to purchase peace and terms of the compromise was also appended.

In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos.2 & 3 of 2018 are allowed by compounding the offences. Consequently, the Criminal Petition is allowed and the proceedings in S.C.No.655 of 2018 on the file of Senior Civil Judge-cum-Assistant Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Medchal, are hereby quashed, accused is acquitted and the bail bonds of the accused, if any, stands cancelled. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
