HONOURABLE Dr. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2522 of 2013 ORDER :

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners/A1 to A3 under Section 482 Cr.P.C seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.17 of 2011 on the file of Additional Munsif Magistrate, Kandukur, Prakasam District, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 341 and 506 r/w 34 I.P.C.

2) The defacto-complainant and A1 to A3, representing through advocates are present and they want to compound the above offences. Having heard the parties permission is thereby accorded as the parties stated that they amicably settled the matter to purchase peace and permit to compound the above offences. Accordingly, the offence is compounded in terms of their compromise at the instance of the defactocomplainant since present with the accused.

3) Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed and all the proceedings relating to C.C.No.17 of 2011 on the file of Additional Munsif Magistrate, Kandukur, Prakasam District, are quashed. The bail bonds of the accused, if any, shall stand cancelled.
