Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner informs the Court that he has instructions from the petitioner to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to file a fresh writ petition. The request as sought for is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty afore-stated. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand dismissed.
