Shri. Buneti Narayana, v. The State Of Telangana And 4 Others
HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITON No. 1120 of 2020 ORDER:
This writ petition is filed challenging the order dt.05.03.2016 issued by the 2nd respondent and to set aside the same. Heard learned counsel for petitioners.
Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue has rightly pointed out that the petitioner has remedy of revision under Section 9 of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, against the impugned order.
The same is not seriously disputed by the learned counsel for petitioners. But, he states that the impugned order is illegal on the face of it.
Since the petitioner has alternate efficacious remedy against the impugned order, this Court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy of filing revision against the impugned order. No order as to costs.
As a sequel to the disposal of this petition, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
