THE HON'BLE DR.JUSTICE SHAMEEM AKTHER CRIMINAL PETITION NO.2143 OF 2014 ORDER:

This petition is filed by the petitioner-accused under Section Cr.P.C.

to quash the proceedings in C.C.No.4096 of 2013 on the file of the VI Addl. Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Secunderabad, for the offences alleged under Sections 363 and 342 IPC.

Learned Assistant Public Prosecutor on written instructions submits that the case was referred as 'mistake of fact'. Under these circumstances, there is nothing to adjudicate.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as infructuous. Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
