Mrs. Sripada Laxmi Narsamm, v. The Asst. Commissioner,
THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SEETHARAMA MURTI Writ Petition No.14756 of 2006 ORDER:
Earlier, when this writ petition came up for hearing on 07.12.2015, Ms. T.V. Sri Devi, the learned counsel for the writ petitioner, had submitted that the writ petitioner has taken away case bundle long time back and that she has no instructions. Therefore, this Court had directed the Registry to issue notice to the writ petitioner returnable in four (04) weeks.
Accordingly, notices were issued to the writ petitioner. The note of the Registry shows that the notice sent to the petitioner was returned unserved with endorsement 'Addressee left, hence, return to sender'. No fresh vakalat has been filed for the writ petitioner till today. When this matter came up for hearing today, neither the petitioner is present nor there is any representation on her behalf by any other counsel. It indicates that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting the writ petition.
The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed for default. There shall be no order as to costs.
Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, in the writ petition shall stand closed.
