The petitioner/A.2 and the 2nd respondent-de facto complainant are present along with their respective counsel. 2.
I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2018 are filed to permit them to record compromise and to compound the offences respectively in PRC.No.695 of 2017 on the file of VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District arising out of FIR No.448 of 2017 of Vanasthalipuram Police Station, registered for the offence punishable under Section 366 IPC, by stating that they settled the matter outside the Court amicably and not having any grievance. 3.
In view of the compromise between the parties, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2018 are allowed by compounding the offence. Consequently, the criminal petition is allowed and the proceedings against the petitioner in PRC.No.695 of 2017 on the file of VII Metropolitan Magistrate, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District arising out of FIR No.448 of 2017 of Vanasthalipuram Police Station, are hereby quashed and the petitioner/A2 is acquitted. The bail bonds of A.2, if any, shall stand cancelled.
