THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.27028 of 2017 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking the following relief:

"to issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ or direction declaring the order of the fourth respondent passed in RC.No.100/2017/B1, dated 09.08.2017, as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of the principles of natural justice." 2.

Today, when the matter is called, it is represented by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Government Pleader for Prohibition and Excise (Andhra Pradesh) that the issue in the present writ petition is squarely covered by the common order passed by this Court in W.P.No.24498 of 2017 and batch dated 25.07.2017 and a copy of the same is placed on record. The operation portion of the said order reads as under: "

In view of the same, it is open for the petitioners to submit explanation to the show-cause notices within a period of one week from today and thereafter, it is open for the respondents to take further action and pass final orders after affording opportunity to the petitioners without being influenced by any of the observations made in this order. Till passing of final orders, the impugned orders shall stand suspended."

Following the above referred order and for the reasons recorded therein, this writ petition is also disposed of in terms of the above mentioned order dated 25.07.2017. As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
