THE HON'BLE SMT. JUSTICE LALITHA KANNEGANTI CONTEMPT C E No.151 of 2023 ORDER:

This Court in W.P.No.38799 of 2022 by order dated 20,10.2022 has recorded the submission of the learned Standing Counsel that the respondent Municipality has already addressed a letter dated 26.05.2022 to the Additional Collector and also the ,.

recorded the submission of Government Pleader for Revenue that that they will take further action as per the letter addressed by the Commissioner dated 26.05.2022 and, disposed of the writ petition directing the 3'd respondent to take appropriate steps pursuant to the letter dated 26.05.2022 within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order.

Sri R.Sujan Kumar, learned counsel for the petitioner, submits that the respondents failed to implement the orders passed by this Court in spite of the repeated requests made by him. 3.

Sri M.Ram Mohan Reddy, learned standing counsel for the respondent, submits that the respondent has implemented the orders of this Court.

Learned counsel for the petitioner filed additional rnaterial papers before this Court, which are panchanama, letter dated 26.05.2022, proceedings dated 22.07.2022, which are obtained under Right to Information Act and the letter of approval for commencement of work dated 02.12.202I. According to the petitioner, the orders passed by this Court are not implemented by the respondents.

Learned Standing Counsel has placed before this Court the photographs and the proceedings of the Jadcherla Municipality to the Additional Collector, Mahabubnagar, dated 16.02.2023, wherein it is stated that as the Enforcement Team letter dated 16.02.2023, the enforcement team members of the Jadcherla Municipality has conducted the panchanama and dismantled the deviated portion of the construction. Learned counsel submits that the respondents have implemented the orders of this Court.

6. Looking at the photographs filed before this Court and the proceedings dated 16.02.2023, it appears that the orders passed by this Court are complied with. If there is any subsequent cause of action for the petitioner, he is at liberty to initiate appropriate proceedings.
