respondent to enable the 1st respondent to pass orders on the Revision petition pending before it dt. 03.01.2014.

NO: 10014 OF 2014 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased direct the respondents to conduct actual survey on Sy No. 403 to an extent of Ac.5.17 gts in Block No.B, Ward No.10 situated at Shaikpet Village and Mandal, Hyderabad District in terms of Land Tippans and Town Survey Register and to submit the actual survey report to the 2nd respondent to enable the lst respondent to pass orders on the Revision petition pending before it dt.03.01.2014, pending disposal of the main writ petition.

When the matter was taken up for hearing on 07.12.2023, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that, the sole petitioner is no more. Therefore, the matter was adjourned to today i.e.,21.12.2023 for taking steps to bring the LRs of the sole petitioner on record. 2.
Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that inspite of the best efforts, he could not secure the particulars of the legal heirs to file necessary application to bring the LRs of the sole petitioner on record.

In view of the above submission, the writ petition is dismissed as abated.
