This Contempt Case is filed alleging violation of the orders passed in W.P.No.5310 of 2015 on 06.03.2015, The material papers filed along with the Contempt Case shows that the application of the petitioner was considered and rejected. A counter affidavit to that effect is also filed. In view of the same, I do not see any violation of the orders passed by this Court on 06.03.2019 in W.P.No.5310 of 2015.
