O R D E R

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioners-Accused Nos.1 and 2 seeking relaxation of the condition No.1 imposed by the trial Court in its order dated 30.12.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.6637 of 2025 in Crime No.69 of 2025 of PS Excise Secunderabad, which reads as follows:

"1) The petitioners/A1 and A2 shall be released on bail on executing their personal bond for Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand only) with two sureties

each for a like sum to the satisfaction of this Court."

Heard Sri Chandrashekhar Yadav S, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners as well as Sri D. Arun Kumar, learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners are labourers and was in judicial custody since 03.07.2025 and they were out of earnings, as such, the petitioners cannot afford the surety amount. Hence, he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the entire investigation is complete except filing of the charge sheet and prayed the Court to pass appropriate orders. 5.

Considering the submissions of both learned counsel and upon perusal of the material available on record, the condition No.1 imposed by the trial Court in its order dated 30.12.2025, is hereby relaxed and the petitioner is directed to execute a personal bond for Rs.5,000/-(Rupees Five Thousand

Only) each with two sureties for a like sum each, to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Hyderabad. 6.

Accordingly, the Criminal petition is allowed. Miscellaneous applications, if any pending, shall stand closed.
