HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR W.P.No.8259 of 2014 ORDER:

Heard.

The grievance of the petitioner is that in spite of filing complaint, dated 22-022015, the same is neither examined nor F.I.R. is registered by the 1st respondent. Learned Government Pleader has received instructions, which state that basing on the complaint of the petitioner, a case in Cr.No.27 of 2015 was registered on 22-02-2012 for the offences punishable under Sections 457 and 380 IPC and took up investigation. During the course of investigation, the complainant and five witnesses are examined and recorded their detailed statements. It is stated that after completion of investigation, appropriate report would be filed before the jurisdictional court.

In view of registration of the crime and the investigation is already in progress, no further orders are required to be passed except directing the 1st respondent to complete the investigation and file appropriate final report before the jurisdictional court expeditiously.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. _______________________ VILAS V.AFZULPURKAR, J Date: 09-04-2015 Prv
