HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.29083 OF 2017 O R D E R :

This petition is filed for a writ of Mandamus declaring the proceedings issued by the 2nd respondent in Rc.No.286/IE/A3/SSA/2017, dated 02.08.2017, transferring the petitioner from Chilakaluripet to Atchampet and the consequential proceedings issued by the 5th respondent in Rc.No.Speical/IERT/2017-18, Dated 07.08.2017, relieving the petitioner from Chilakaluripet, within one month from her joining in the post, without considering her objections and requests as she has to take care of her old aged mother being a Divorcee, as illegal and arbitrary and for a consequential direction to set aside the said proceedings.

The grievance of the petitioner is that petitioner made a complaint against an employee, but, inspite of taking action against that employee, the respondents transferred the petitioner retaining the said employee. It is also stated that after filing of this writ petition the said person is also transferred. Learned counsel for the petitioner states that she already made representation to the 4th respondent-District Collector, Guntur District, for considering her case of retransfer and that a direction may be issued to the 4th respondent to consider the case of the petitioner.

Heard Sri G.Seena Kumar, learned Standing Counsel for respondents 1 and 2.

Since the representation of the petitioner is stated to be pending before the 4th respondents, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 09.08.2017, in accordance with law and take action within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
