Heard both sides.

This Criminal Petition is filed by the petitioner/accused in Cr.No.625 of 2016 of P.S. Malkajgiri, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy district, Telangana, for the offence u/sec.376 IPC, on the complaint of the 1st respondent/defacto-complainant.

The learned Public Prosecutor for the 2nd respondent-State submits that the police filed final report of the crime supra that was taken cognizance by the learned Magistrate allotting P.R.C.No.14 of 2017.

Having regard to the above, liberty is given to the petitioner to impugn said police final report by filing fresh petition with chargesheet and part-II C.D. material.
