Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail the alternative remedy of appeal.

Permission is accorded and, accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedy of appeal available to her under law within a period of thirty (30) days from today. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed.
