CVNR, J & GSP, J WP.No.3743 of 2013 Dt: 21.06.2018 Order: (Per the Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed for the following substantive relief: "to issue an order, writ or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Certiorari for calling that all the records relating to FA.No.754 of 2012 on the file of 1st respondent and declare the order dt.9.1.2013 in FA No.754 of 2012 and also order dated 25.07.2012 in C.C.No.21 of 2012 by the respondent No.2 as illegal, arbitrary and against the rules in force and the settled principles of law and quash or set aside the same."

At the hearing, Mr.G.Gopal Krishna, learned Counsel representing Mr.A.Krishnam Raju, learned Counsel for the petitioners, requested for permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition on the ground that the dispute between the parties has been settled outside the Court.

The above submission of the learned Counsel for the petitioners is placed on record and the Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed as withdrawn.

As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, interim order, dated 04-02-2013, as extended on 19-02-2013, is vacated and WPMP.No.4664 of 2013 is dismissed.
