THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.3138 of 2011 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the rejection of recognition to Ravi College of Education, Jakkidinagar, Gurramguda Village, Saroornagar Mandal, Rangareddy District by respondent No.2 and confirmation of the said order by respondent No.1. After filing the writ petition, new rules have been framed by respondent No.1 for according recognition to new institutions for setting up B.Ed. colleges.

In view of the above, the cause of action in this writ petition does not survive for adjudication. However, the petitioner is at liberty to apply afresh, in accordance with new rules, seeking recognition for establishment and running of B.Ed. colleges.

With the above observations, this Writ Petition is dismissed. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
