THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.SATYANARAYANA MURTHY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.1096 of 2013 ORDER:

This Civil Revision Petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed challenging the docket order, dated 31.01.2013, passed in Interlocutory Application No.19 of 2013 in Interlocutory Application No.55 of 2012 in Original Suit No.3 of 2012, by the Junior Civil Judge, Srikakulam, whereby, the petition filed under Order XXXIX Rule 1 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (for short, 'C.P.C'), to extend the interim injunction granted in Interlocutory Application No.55 of 2012 in Original Suit No.3 of 2012, was dismissed.

As per the information received by this Court through e-courts website, both parties settled the dispute before Lok Adalat and Award was passed on 12.09.2015, as such, the petition has become infructuous.
