The learned counsel for the revision petitioner submits that in view of certain subsequent events that had happened in the pending EOP before the Election Tribunal, the revision petitioner instructed him to withdraw the present revision petition.

Recording the submissions, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this civil revision petition shall stand closed.
