HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No.32437 OF 2015 ORDER:

This writ petition, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, is filed by the petitioner seeking the following relief: " ..... to issue an order or writ particularly, Writ of Mandamous declearing the inaction of the 2nd and 3rd Respondents to the representations of the petitioner as 'unaccountable'

and "bad administration"

and consequently direct the 3rd Respondent to conduct survey and fix the boundaries to the land in Sy.No.394/A, Pedamangalaram Village, Moinabad mandal, RR District, admeasuring Ac.1.04 Gts. and pass such other order and to pass such other order or orders as this Hon'ble Court may deems fit just and proper in the circumstances of the case."

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents. With their consent, the writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission itself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner represented that survey, sought for by the petitioner in this writ petition, has already been conducted by the authorities, but however, copy of survey report has not been furnished to him.

Having regard to the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to furnish a copy of the survey report to the writ petitioner, at the earliest.

Miscellaneous petitions pending in this writ petition, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
