The complaint of the petitioner is that respondent Nos. 2 to 4 have not been registering the FIR on her complaint dated 12.08.2017.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

Learned Government Pleader for Home (Telangana), on receiving instructions, submits that pursuant to the complaint of the petitioner, FIR No. 140 of 2017 has been registered on 06.09.2017 for the offences punishable under Sections 468 and 471 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and investigation has been taken up into the matter. She has also produced before this Court a copy of the FIR, which is taken on record.

In the light of the submissions made by the learned Government Pleader, the Writ Petition is closed. No costs. Consequently, the miscellaneous petitions, if any shall stand closed.
