This Criminal Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short 'Cr.P.C.) by the petitionerAccused No.2 to release the passport of the petitioner vide No.R6B6B69B for interim custody which is in the custody of the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent - State. Perused the record.
3. The petitioner filed the present application seeking return t t of the passport on the ground of his necessity to travel to London. The petitioner has filed an application before the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar vide Crl.M.P.No.3277 of 2022 requesting the Court to return his passport for the purpose of his travel. However, the said petition is still pending.

Learned counsel for the petitioner confining his prayer to direct the Metropolitan Sessions ludge to dispose of the said Crl.M.P. within a stipulated time.

In the said circumstances, the Criminal Petition is disposed i off and the Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Cyberabad, Ranga Reddy District at L.B.Nagar is directed to dispose of the Crl.M.P.No.327l of 2022 within a period of one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
Miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
