Aggrieved by the action of the respondents in constructing graveyard and a dumping yard in the subject land of the petitioner in an extent of Acs.0.1975 gts in Sy.No.228/EE, situated at Dharmaram (M) village, Nizamabad Mandal and District, without following due process of law, the present writ petition is filed.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, on instructions, submits that an extent of land 0.35 gunts of land in Sy.No.231, was allotted for dumping yard and based on the F-line application of the petitioner dated 09.01.2020, survey was conducted under panchanama dated 18.01.2020. He further submits that respondents are not interfering with the subject land of the petitioner.

Recording the above submission, writ petition is disposed of. Interlocutory application pending, if any, shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
