The present revision petition, under Article 227 of the Constitution of India, is filed aggrieved over the order, dated 12.03.2015, passed in I.A.No.181 of 2013 in O.S.No.44 of 2010 on the file of learned I Additional District Judge, Srikakulam.

2. The case status report placed by the Registry would show that the main suit itself was decreed partly on 22.12.2017.

3. In such an event, the present revision petition becomes infructuous.

4. Hence, the present revision petition is dismissed as infructuous.
