When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in view of the interim orders granted by this Court on 25-01-2021, the petitioner was admitted into three years' law course and therefore, the cause in the Writ Petition does not survive. Learned Government Pleader for Higher Education, appearing for the respondent Nos.1 and 2, has also not disputed the same. In view of the same, since the grievance of the petitioner is resolved with the granting of interim order dt.25-01-2021, the Writ Petition is closed. However, if the petitioner has secured admission into law course, he should be permitted to complete the law course in accordance with rules. No costs.
