Learned counsel for petitioner and learned Government Pleader representing for Home state that similar writ petitions were disposed of by common order dated 31.10.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and batch read with the order dated 13.04.2017 in W.P.M.P.No.16343 of 2017 in W.P.No.18779 of 2014 and the issue involved in this writ petition is covered by the said decision.

In view of the above said submission, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms of the common order dated 31.10.2016 passed by this Court in W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and batch read with the order dated 13.04.2017 in W.P.M.P.No.16343 of 2017 in W.P.No.18779 of 2014. Pending miscellaneous petitions shall stand closed.
