A perusal of the proceeding sheet discloses that on 17.02.2020, this Court having noted that there was no representation on behalf of petitioner, directed the matter to be listed today under the caption 'For Dismissal'. Today also, there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. In the circumstances, it is presumed that the petitioner is not interested in prosecuting this Writ Petition.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is dismissed for non-prosecution.
