RE.'oNDENTS Petition under Article 226 of lhe Constitution of lndia praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed therewith, the High Court may be pleased to issue a writ, order or a direction, more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the action of the respondents in raising a Tank in the petitioners land in Survey No. 1 78 and 180, situated at Konapur Village, Kammarpally Mandal, Nizamabad District and closing the sluice gate in the petitioners land in Survey No.
1 78 and 180, as being illegal, arbitrary, unreasonable and violative of Arlicles 21 and 30O-A of the Constitution of lndia, apart from being violative of principles of natural justice and issue a consequential direction directing the respondents to forthwith open the sluice gate of the Tank created in the petitioners land in the above said survey number and to release the water from the petitioners land. (Prayer is amended as per C.O. dated 06.04.20'17 in WPMP No.14651/17) LA. NO: 1 OF 2017(WPMP.
