When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition since the subject matter of the writ petition has rendered infructuous. He also made an endorsement on the petition to that effect.

Permission, as sought for, is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Miscellaneous petitions pending in this petition, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
