When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned Standing counsel appearing for the respondents on oral instructions submits that the tender process would confine to the original notification i.e., tender notification dated 19.11.2019 and applications would be processed accordingly.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has also not disputed the said submission.

In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive and accordingly, the writ petition is closed. However, the respondents are directed to consider all the applications as per the conditions stipulated in the tender notification dated 19.11.2019. There shall be no order as to costs.

Pending miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed in consequence.
