Sri P.V. Nagamani, learned counsel for the petitioner, seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to the petitioner to file an election petition raising all the grounds available to him, including the grounds raised in the present writ petition.

The request, as sought for by the learned counsel for the petitioner, is accorded.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
