When the matter is taken up for hearing, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner, in spite of the fact that the writ petition is listed under the caption 'for dismissal'.

2.

A perusal of the record discloses that the petitioner is challenging the action of the respondents in dispossessing him from his hut meant for farm servants and cattle shed. 3.

This Court was pleased to grant interim direction not to dispossess the petitioner, without following due process of law, vide order, dated 19.11.2014.
