The grievance of the petitioner is that his application dated 10-07-2019 regarding mutation of his name in revenue records pertaining to land admeasuring Ac.2-32 guntas in Sy.No.107/A/3 is not being disposed of. Hence the present writ petition is filed. The learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner has to make necessary application under Form-VI (A) of the A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short "the Act") for mutation of his name in revenue records, but by making mere application the mutation cannot be done.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner will make necessary application under Form VI (A) of the Act by enclosing relevant documents.

In view of the same, the writ petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to file application under Form VI (A) of the Act. On such application, the competent authority is directed to consider the same and take action, in accordance with law within a period two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs. As a sequel, miscellaneous applications pending, if any, shall stand closed.
