Heard both sides.

The petitioner who is the wife of the 2nd respondent questioning the order of the learned Magistrate in Crl.M.P.No.1904 of 2022 in C.C.No'10390 of 202L, granting permission to 2nd respondent/Accused No'1 to travel to United Kingdom for a period of six(06) months' The learned Magistrate considering the facts of the case has permitted the 2nd respondent/Accused No.1 to travel U.K' for a period of six months by imposing conditions.

This case is of the year 202t.I do not find any irregularity and illegality in allowing the 2nd respondent/Accused No'1 to travel to U.K. on conditions' For which reason, there are no
