HON'BLE DR. JUSTICE B.SIVA SANKARA RAO CRIMINAL PETITION No.2836 OF 2017 ORDER:

Undisputedly, the trial is in progress of the calendar case of the year 2009, where it is the submission that some of the cross-examination of the prosecution witnesses would not be done by the accused and the application filed for recall were ended in dismissal and impugning the same, revision also filed and is still pending.

In the factual scenario, there are no grounds to admit the quash petition, but for to say, all defences are left open to raise during trial.

With these observations, before admission, this criminal revision case is dismissed. Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this case shall stand closed.
