HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 20577 of 2003 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed seeking to issue a writ of certiorari calling for the records relating to and connected with I.D.No.100 of 2000 on the file of the 1st respondent and quash the order dated 11.03.2003 passed therein holding it as illegal and arbitrary by granting reinstatement with continuity of service, attendant benefits and back wages to the petitioner.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is brought to the notice of the Court that the petitioner had attained the age of superannuation. In view of the same, the cause in the writ petition does not survive and, accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
