This writ petition is filed challenging the action of respondents 2 to 4 in not issuing Pattedar Pass Book-cum-Title Deed to the petitioner in respect of the land in Survey No.762, 763, 517 and 323/A, admeasuring Ac.11.36 guntas, situated within revenue limits of Mattampally Village and Mandal, Suryapet District. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has submitted application dt.14.09.2019 in Form-6 A in terms of Rule-18 and Section 4(1) of the Telangana Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 for issuance of Pattedar Pass Bookcum-Title Deed in respect of the subject land and the same is not being disposed of by the 4th respondent, till date. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue submits that the petitioner has sold lands in Survey Nos.763, 517 and 323, as such, the application of the petitioner cannot be considered. The aforesaid submission is disputed by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Since the application of the petitioner is stated to be pending before the 4th respondent, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the application of the petitioner dt.14.09.2019 excluding the land sold

by the petitioner, if any, and take action after issuing notice to the petitioner and other effected parties. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
