The petitioner challenges the action of 2nd respondent in not submitting Domestic Violence Report to the concerned Magistrate Court at Kothapeta on the application of the petitioner dated 02.01.2013 as illegal and arbitrary and violative of the provisions of the Protection of Women from the Domestic Violence Act, 2005 and Rules framed there and consequently sought to direct the 2nd respondent to submit Domestic Violence Report to the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. When the matter was listed on 26.02.2015, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Women & Child Welfare stated that the petitioner has to approach the 2nd respondent for signing the report prepared by the 2nd respondent and thereafter, the matter was adjourned. Now, it is stated by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner has approached the office of the 2nd respondent and signed the report prepared by the 2nd respondent. In that view of the matter, the 2nd respondent is directed to submit the said report in accordance with law, within a period of three (3) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. ____________________________ A. RAJASHEKER REDDY, J
