No representation for the petitioner.

The petitioner prays for Mandamus declaring the action of 1st respondent in not considering the recommendation of 2nd respondent to fill up the post of Lecturer which arose on 01.07.2005 of Library Science, as illegal and arbitrary. On 25.09.2006 the following interim order has been passed: " Notice Whenever the post of Lecturer in Library Science is being filled up, the respondents are directed to consider the case of the petitioner also, along with outsiders, provided, he fulfills the eligibility criteria."

This Court is of the view that with the passage of time and the interim order dated 25.09.2006, the petitioner may not be interested in working out the writ prayer. The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
