THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE CHALLA KODANDA RAM WRIT PETITION No.5014 of 2018 ORDER:
This Writ Petition is filed for the following relief: "..... to issue an appropriate order or direction more particularly, one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the Memo.No.ADE/O/KOTA/F.No./D.No.2623/17, dated 05.12.2017 issued by the 3rd respondent, as illegal, arbitrary, mala fide, non-application of mind, against to the principles of natural justice, contrary to the procedure established by law and in detrimental to the petitioner valuable rights apart from being violative of Article 19 (g) of the Constitution of India and set aside the same in the interest of justice......." It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents that the issue in the present Writ Petition is squarely covered by the common order, dated 21.12.2017 passed by this Court in Writ Petition Nos.42296 and 42376 of 2017. A copy of the said order is placed on record.
Operative portion of the aforesaid order is extracted as follows:
"In view of the same, the writ petitions are disposed of with a direction to the respondents to restore power supply to the service connections of the petitioners. However, this order will not preclude the respondents from taking action after issuing notice to the petitioners."
Following the aforesaid common order and for the reasons stated therein, this Writ Petition is also disposed of in terms thereof.
