This Company Application is filed for the following reliefs: (1) Appoint a Registered Chartered valuer for valuation of the company's Plant and Machinery of the Company ( in liquidation) as the same is not connected with the merged machinery and equipment, seized by the Central Excise Department situated at Panyam Village, Nandyala Kurnool Distrcit from the panel maintained by Office of the Official Liquidator or such other valuer as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper and direct them to submit their report in strict confidence to this Hon'ble court (2) Fix the fee for valuation of the Indigenous Plant and Machinery of the company (in liquidation) As M/s.K.

Dhanapathi Rao & Valuers Private Limited, on earlier occasion, had undertaken the assessment of the Plant & Machinery of the company in liquidation other than the imported machinery which was under the custody of the Customs and Excise Department, the Official Liquidator may appoint the above said M/s.K.Dhanapathi Rao & Valuers Private Limited to assess the current value of the land, building and machinery, if any, by specifically segregating the value of the land, building and machinery and submit a report. The Official Liquidator shall be entitled to negotiate a reasonable fee for the valuation and incur the said expenditure from the Establishment Fund.
