HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. SHANKAR NARAYANA APPEAL SUIT No.1227 OF 1997 JUDGMENT:

The present appeal relates to the year 1997 and is preferred against the judgment and decree, dated 29.06.1996, in O.S.No.39 of 1987 on the file of Subordinate Judge, Medak. Thus, two decades are over from the date of filing the present appeal is concerned, whereas three decades are over from the date of filing the suit is concerned.

2. Though, the present appeal was notified in advance list and re-notified in the present list, there is no representation for the appellants. It appears, the appellants are not interested to prosecute the present appeal.

3. Learned counsel for the respondents is present.

4. Hence, the present appeal is dismissed for non-prosecution. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this appeal shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
