THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.10304 of 2011 ORDER:

This writ petition was filed challenging the action of respondents 1 to 3 in interfering with the civil matter and asking the petitioner and her family to come to the Police Station to part with the property bearing Plot Nos.194, 195, 196, 197, 208, 209, 210 and 210-A in Survey No.91/1 and Plot Nos.201, 202 and 203 in Survey No.93/1 and 93/2P in Vedayapalem area, Nellore, SPSR Nellore District.

Learned Government Pleader for Home (A.P) appearing for respondents 1 to 3 submits that the police are not interfering in any civil dispute and moreso in view of the instructions issued by the Government in G.O. Ms.No.288 of Home (PS & C.A2) Department dated 06.11.2010. If the petitioner still feels that the police are interfering with the civil dispute, it is open to her to approach the appropriate Committee, constituted in accordance with the said G.O.

In view of the submissions made by the learned Government Pleader, this Writ Petition is dismissed subject to the above observations. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
