Petitioner claims that she is the owner of total extent of land to an extent of Acs.2.18 cents in various survey numbers as mentioned in paragraph No.2 of the affidavit filed in support of the Writ Petition. She alleges that she filed application in Form VI-A for mutation of her name in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deeds. Receipts to that effect were issued acknowledging filing of such applications. Though such applications were made on 23.04.2015 and 27.04.2016, so far no orders are passed. Alleging inaction on the said applications, this Writ Petition is filed. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that even after two years, no decision is taken on the applications filed by the petitioner causing lot of hardship and suffering to the petitioner. Learned counsel further submits that in several Writ Petitions, directions are issued to pass orders on Form VI-A applications. 4.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue submits that he does not have instructions and since the petitioner submitted applications in the years 2015 and 2016 respectively, they could have been disposed of.

The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, directing the Tahsildar, Allur Mandal, S.P.S.R. Nellore District, to examine the

claim of the petitioner for grant of mutation of her name in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar passbook and title deeds by following due procedure as required by law, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, provided so far no orders are passed. There shall be no order as to costs. Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
