HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C.V.NAGARJUNA REDDY AND HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.K.JAISWAL WRIT PETITION No.7580 of 2016 Date:17.3.2016 Between:

Andhra Pradesh Public Service Commission, rept., by its Principal Secretary, Hyderabad..

....Petitioner And:

Yalla Lalitha, D/o Y.Satyanarayana and three others.

.....Respondents Counsel for the petitioner: Mr. M.Prasad Rao Counsel for Respondent No.1: Mr. Poodattu Amarender The Court made the following:

ORDER: (per Hon'ble Sri Justice C.V.Nagarjuna Reddy) This Writ Petition is filed assailing order, dated 17.11.2015, in O.A.No.1599 of 2012 on the file of the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, Hyderabad (for short 'the Tribunal').

When this Writ Petition came up on 10.3.2015, this Court expressed its prima facie views in favour of confirming the impugned order of the Tribunal. However, an opportunity was given to the learned counsel for the petitioner to seek instructions from his client.

Today, at the hearing, Mr. M.Prasad Rao, learned Standing Counsel for the petitioner, has fairly submitted that his client is willing to implement the impugned order of the Tribunal within three months since, at present, only the Chairman and a Member are functioning and all other posts pertaining to the Members of the petitionerCommission are vacant. In view of this fair stand taken by the petitioner, as reflected in the representation of its learned Standing Counsel, the Writ Petition is dismissed, however, granting the petitioner three months' time to implement the order of the Tribunal impugned in this Writ Petition. As a sequel to dismissal of the Writ Petition, WPMP.No.9672 of 2016 filed by the petitioner for interim relief is dismissed as infructuous.
